Warmup:

-500m row or 2 min air bike

-10 each: ankle stretch,90/90,inner thigh,PVC passes,scapula push-ups

-snatch warmup with coach-PVC

WL: Snatch- 6×1 all sets between 80-95%, increase only as form and speed allows, rest 1 min

Conditioning: For time

-800 m run

-Then, 4 Rounds of: 8 S2O (115/75), 12 Box Jumps (24/20)

Mobility:

-2 min box ankle stretch each side

-2 min lacrosse ball plantar fascia (bottom of feet) each side
