Warmup:
-500 m row or 2 min Airbike
-10 each: ankle stretch,90/90,inner thigh, floor slides,windshield wipers,scapula push-ups
-Snatch warmup with Coach- PVC

WL: Snatch+Hang Snatch+OHS, every 90 sec complete- 3 sets @ 60%, 3 sets @ 70%, 3 sets @ 80%, then 3 sets to max for complex

Conditioning:
-4 min AMRAP: 1 strict hspu, 1 power clean (135/95), increase by 1 rep each round
-4 min rest
-4 min AMRAP: 3 standard hspu, 3 Deadlifts (195/135), increase by 3 reps each round

Mobility:
-2 min couch stretch each side
-2 min anchored t-spine
