5 Rounds, 60 sec Max Reps Each Movement

-Slider Pushups (sub Pushups)

-V-ups (sub Alternating v-ups, Leg raises, or flutter kicks)

-Curls (use KB, dB, loaded gallon jug, or loaded backpack)

-Russian Twists (use same implement as Curls)

-Rest 60 seconds between Rounds
