- ”Death by Clean and Jerk”- complete 1 Clean and Jerk on minute 1, 2 on minute 2, 3 on minute 3, etc until you fail to complete the targeted amount of reps in the corresponding minute (135/95). Use weight that allows for at least 10 minutes to be completed.
