  1. 5 sets of 1 Back Squat with 3 sec pause at bottom- climbing, rest 2-3 min
  2. 1 set of Max Back Squats at 80% of today’s paused single
  3. 3 sets- Max Unbroken Ring Muscleups, 10 DB RDL- heaviest possible, rest 3 min

Mobility:

-2 min barbell quad smash

-2 min couch stretch
