  1. Every 2 minutes x 6 sets- 3 Front Squats, climbing
  2. 3 sets- 4RM Weighted Chin-up, 1 min Max Turkish Getups- left, rest 1 min, 1 min Max Turkish Getups-right (70/53), rest 3 min between sets

-2 min foam roll lats/t-spine
