***Special Announcements- You are welcome to make up any tests that you have missed during class time (9am or 6pm), and there will be open gym time today from 4-6pm.  Also, all athletes are encouraged to make up any tests they have missed this week so far today.  If you have completed all the tests, it is recommended that you rest today if you feel sore as there are still 3 tests scheduled for Friday.  If you have completed ALL tests thus far, and you don’t feel sore and want to train again today then complete today’s conditioning test.

Warmup: 2 min airbike, then- group warmup with Coach

1) Make up any tests you have missed.

2) If you have completed all tests, then complete – 3 Rounds, 1 min Max Reps at each exercise, 1 min rest between rounds
