-Partner 1 will begin rowing while Partner 2 will complete a 400m Run. Once partner 2 has completed the 400m Run, the partners will switch and Partner 2 will row while Partner 1 completes a 400m run. They will continue for 20 minutes. Score is total meters rowed.
