Warmup: 2 min airbike, then- movement prep with Coach

1) Back Squat- 12 min to est heavy set of 3

2) 12 min Ascending Amrap-

1 Back Squat (225/155), 1 Box Jump Over (24/20)

2 Back Squats, 2 Box Jump Overs

3/3, 4/4, etc as high as possible in 12 minutes

Mobility:

-2 min couch stretch

-2 min barbell quad smash
