  1. 7×40 yard Sprint, rest as needed
  2. 3 sets- 1 min Max KB Tempo Goblet Squats (5 sec pause at bottom, Jump up), Rest 1 min, 30 sec Max KB Shoulder Press with 5 sec pause at top- left, 30 sec Max KB Shoulder Press with 5 sec pause at top- right, Rest 1 min

Bodyweight Wod:

  1. 7×40 yard sprint, rest as needed
  2. 3 sets- 1 min Max Jumping Squats (5 sec pause at bottom, Jump up), Rest 1 min, 1 min Max Pushups (5 sec pause at top), Rest 1 min
