-1. 3 sets: 3 Hang Cleans, 5 DB Shoulder Press with 2 sec pause at eye level- heaviest possible, rest 2 min
-2. 3 sets: 5 DB Bulgarian Split Squts with 2 sec pause at bottom, 20 sec 1-arm weighted plank each side, rest 2 min
-2 min foam roll glutes
-2 min modified pigeon pose
