  2. Flex Friday- 4 Rounds for total reps:
  • 60 sec Max Pushups
  • 60 sec Max Plate Front Raises
  • 60 sec Max Plate Curls

Mobility:

-2 min lacrosse ball pecs

-2 min foam roll lats
