May Special Announcements!

-On Friday May 8 starting at 530pm at Crossfit Murfreesboro there will be a Fundraiser workout to support their Regional Team as they travel to Minneapolis in June. We will have the normal 4pm class at the gym but there will be NO 5 or 6pm classes. Instead we urge all our athletes to come compete or support and hang out. Get signed up for the competition here-

You can also compete online if you can’t make it to the event that night. Hint, the fundraiser wods will be the WOD at VTG on Friday so you might as well sign up and help out some hard working athletes in the process:)

-Saturday May 9 at 830am will we have a FREE workout for all those who are new to Crossfit! This is the perfect opportunity to come see our facility, meet our Coaches, and get a great workout for FREE! May 9 is also the deadline to sign up for our May On Ramp Session that starts on Monday May 11. Email Matt at for more info.

-Also on Saturday May 9 from 11am-1pm we will be starting something new! Part of Crossfits definition of fitness includes “regularly learn and play new sports.” Therefore, one Saturday each month we will meet and play a sport. We will meet after the regular 930am class and use our fitness while getting the opportunity to play. We will kick this new series off with pickup basketball. We are working on getting a court reserved and will post the location once it is confirmed. Come join us and we will have a blast!

-Saturday May 16 at 930am we will be hosting Dr. Ben Howe of Benchmark Physical Therapy for another Mobility Seminar. This is a FREE seminar but it is limited to 12 participants so sign up at the front desk and reserve your spot today.

-We are continuing our Saturday Seminar series with a Double Under Seminar on Saturday May 23 at 930am. This is a FREE seminar for all VTG members and there is a sign up sheet on the front desk.

-Monday May 25 (Memorial Day) at 9am we will be hosting our third annual “Memorial Day Murph” Wod here at VTG. The registration link to donate to this great cause as well as info on the workout can be found here-
