You all gave us great feedback on our annual survey earlier this month on what we can do to make VTG even better for you. You talked, we listened! Here are some of the changes that will take place coming in January:
-More Open Gym time- Beginning the week of January 5 we will now offer our members Open Gym hours on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm, and on Sundays from 2-4pm.
-Saturday Seminars- Beginning in January we will be offering 1 seminar each month on a specific topic that you would like more information on in addition to the monthly mobility seminar each month with Dr. Ben Howe from Benchmark Physical Therapy, both of which will still be FREE for all VTG members. With these new seminars, our FREE Saturday classes for those who are new to Crossfit will be offered on the last Saturday of each month instead of every Saturday. We will post each months Saturday seminar schedule in advance. Here is January’s schedule:
-Saturday January 17, 930am- Nutrition Seminar: You asked for it and here it is! This seminar will focus on basic nutrition for those looking to improve performance, and body composition. It will include information on the zone and paleo diets, what foods to eat/avoid, how much to eat, when to eat, supplements, and include time for attendees questions. This seminar will begin at 930am and last approx. 1 hour.
-Saturday January 24, 930am- Mobility Seminar with Dr. Ben Howe from Benchmark Physical Therapy. This seminar will focus on basic mobility exercises that attendees can implement to help improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. It will be capped at 12 attendees.
-Saturday January 31, 830am- FREE workout open to non-members. This is the perfect opportunity to come see our gym, meet our coaches, and try Crossfit for FREE!!!
-New VTG Swag!!! We are working on an entire winter line of VTG swag including hoodies, sweat pants, hats, long sleeve shirts, bags, and shorts. This will be coming to you all in the very near future so get ready, its gonna be faaaaaantastic!
